Delaware Valley
Association for the Education of Young Children

For 50 years, we have championed high quality early care and education for children from birth to age 8 in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Our members and allies have enabled us to become the robust organization we are today. And we continue to grow by leaps and bounds.

We invite you to join us as we celebrate our 50th Anniversary in 2017 with a series of tributes to long-time members who have made a significant impact. Click the button below to learn more about some of the members who have helped to make us great!

DVAEYC Understands The Importance Of Play

Since 1994, the Delaware Valley Association for the Education of Young Children (DVAEYC) has been celebrating individuals outside the field of Early Childhood Education who show a deep commitment to championing high quality early education for all children in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

In our 50th year, we hope you’ll join us on October 26, 6:00-8:00pm, to honor Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney for his work on behalf of PHL Pre-K and Rebuild Philadelphia with a night of music, food and drink, and an exciting silent auction at our Champions for Young Children event! Learn more about the event, our honoree, and how you can sponsor or donate silent auction items by clicking here.

Tickets are on sale now via our secure online event registration portal. Click the button below to order yours today!
