Too many of us spend our time worrying about paperwork, finances, and other distractions that take us away from guiding our teachers. Let's examine a revolutionary idea of shared service alliances. The alliance format is designed to take responsibilities off of the director's plate and get them back to what they love to do: serving children and families! This event will be the starting point for those interested in exploring the possibility of alliances Southeastern PA.
