Lou Warren-Groomes


Lou Warren-Groomes, Quality Improvement Coordinator, earned a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from University of Maryland, College Park. Over her 40 year career, Lou has served in the capacity of a trainer, instructor, mentor-coach, director, teacher, family child care provider, co-founder of the NJ Family Child Care Provider’s Association, and keynote/seminar speaker for local, statewide and national conferences with the passionate belief that “If you make a difference in a teacher’s life, you will make a difference in a child’s life.” The mother of five children and the proud grandmother of three, Lou enjoys “family time”, camping and yard sales.
